**3.可以多准备一些零食饮料在车上，沿途车程比较长。** **4.新疆饮食重油腻，初入西北，不建议暴饮暴食。** **5.高原温差大、紫外线强烈，一定做好护肤措施！（补水和防晒）** **6.保暖方面，推荐防水系数10000+、透气系数20000+ 左右的冲锋衣即可，内搭注意不要穿棉质内衣（棉质衣服舒适又吸水，但吸水的特性在户外会发生“水寒效应”，会一点点吧体温带走）。** ![图像 2
